A concept plan is an overall design that will identify landscape alterations, suggest inspirational changes, and clearly develop a cohesive design for the entire property.   The concept plan is not a detailed construction document, but a first step in creating a vibrant vision for the property.  The plan will layout planting bed locations and planting schemes, suggest contour changes, establishment of new lawn areas, plans for old and new trees, screening, and any details we feel relevant to a successful landscape design.
